I am a career coach and mentor with 25+ years of business experience and nearly a decade spent on cultivating leadership both in the Czech Republic and internationally. My mission is to help individuals & organisations find their own path to success fulfilling their potential.

In my career, I've co-owned billion+ EUR P&L, led regional teams in global companies, but I also managed local LLC during difficult times. I have an in-depth knowledge of the Czech market and practical experience from numerous projects across Europe. My time with Egon Zehnder provided me with an opportunity to learn from the best in the industry and enabled me to gain a valuable perspective from competitive international markets.

Outside of work
When I'm not a career coach, I'm an enthusiastic father, team sports player, traveler, and a bit of a food & culture junkie all in one. I'm a big fan of common sense paired with responsible approach to the things that surround us. I believe in the potential of the people around me and enjoy being close to those, who are about to make bold life decisions.
