Whatever the reason….I will help you set up an effective strategy and conceptual project management. I can provide guidance to your internal team or (for complex projects of extraordinary importance, confidentiality, and seniority), I can take over the project management.
Executive Appointments / Assesment & Development: Are you struggling to find a consensus between selected final candidates? Perhaps not even sure if the candidate in front of you is the one you wanted? I will provide you with an independent and structured "outside-in" assessment that will help you with the difficult decision.
- Participation in Final Interviews: I will be an independent observer (or active moderator…up to you) allowing you to focus fully on key topics of your agenda. I will help to highlight what is important or what you might have overlooked.
